I brought my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee (purchased brand new in 2023) to Rick Ridings on June 12, 2025, for two issues: the vehicle pulling to the right and a malfunctioning navigation system. Despite having a scheduled appointment, staff couldn’t locate it in their system when I arrived. I was told the navigation issue could be fixed with a simple at-home update—this advice turned out to be completely wrong and unhelpful.
