We hired Kaitlyn and Riding Tandem in May 2025 for our March 2026 wedding for full-service planning and experienced major issues. 1) Suspect and Unethical Behavior: a) Does not actually leverage Aisle Planner as advertised. Kaitlyn and Riding Tandem do not actually help you keep track of any information on that website. b) Does not actually meet with you as many times as contracted.
