Food is great, but the reaper sauce leaves a little to be desired heat scale maybe a nine not 11
Very high quality food. Fried chicken cooked perfectly, and the over sized curly fries were delicious. I ordered food and took it home in boxes to my family. Even after the food sat in boxes for 15 minutes, it was still as good as it would have been fresh. The fries never got soggy, the fried chicken was still hot and crispy. I'm typically not impressed by food trucks. Especially ones serving chicken. Rollin Rooster more than exceeded my expectations
The best chicken truck there is!!! Always consistent, always hot, always good!!!!
