Had a key reprogrammed for a Renault today after loosing it. Steve was amazing. Very efficient and great customer service. Would highly recommend for their professionalism
Customer had fault with an evoque booked them in for ridgeways , they’re charged 95 for diagnosis and said it was wringing harness on engine and quoted £1600 plus vat so 2k. I decided to take elsewhere after paying diagnosis for second opinion. After I said that the rude lady on phone was badmouthing me to customer saying why not carrying out the work with themselves etc when dont know us and nothing to do with them. This garage carried out work on my Range Rover Evoque and their service was excellent and after customer service was very professional. I would recommend that if you have any issues with your vehicle to make this garage the first point of contact. Really friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful and the prices are exemplary. Will definitely use this garage again.
What a pleasure dealing with this garage. They were very patient when our car went in for an intermittent fault. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
This garage likes to waste peoples times,keep giving difeerent times to come back then have another excuse ready. I will not recommend these cow boys to anyone.
