There are so many absurd rules that they have forced all tenants to follow its absolutely ridiculous. They make it VERY hard for somebody to live there -especially with kids. They recently took away all a/c units. (Whoever bought them had to get rid of them, even on the ground floor) "they could fallout, or become dangerous " so no cool air in the middle of July heat, unless , at the "low income housing units" unless they go buy a 6/7/$800 floor model with a hose to hangout the windows.
