Worst Vet I’ve ever seen. Made an appointment for a meet and greet with the vet and to get some shots. I never saw the vet the receptionist gave the shots and when I asked to see the vet she went in back and told the girl cleaning cages to say she was the vet. Waste of time
We're from out of town (Chicago), but visit our place in Ouray frequently. This time we drove & stayed a few weeks w/our two mini aussie pups. Sadly, they got a bacterial infection and I was worried to find good care so far from home. Ridgway Animal Hospital was amazing for what turned out to be multiple visits. Wonderful staff! I was visiting from out of town and my dog had a bad split nail. They got us in immediately and got it taken care of so we could get back to our vacation!
Words cannot even begin to express the compassionate and loving care we received from the entire Staff!!!! We were on vacation from Wisconsin. Our Maltese/Teddy Bear went from old and slow to dying. They managed to get us in as soon as possible! I was given the choice of having her lay on a table or me holding her. It was so precious to hold her as she drifted away to Heaven! We even received a Sympathy card. Very Professional and Caring!!! This Compassion will never be Forgotten!!!
