Disappointing, actually. We were traveling and our pup needed stitches removed. RAH agreed to work us in to their full schedule (thank you!) but came at the dog in such a rush that they frightened him. They subsequently refused to remove the stitches because the dog tried to bite them. Maybe a good business, but poor bedside manner.
We were traveling from Pa when one of our dogs got really sick. The campground called a friend and this place was recommended. Of course it was the weekend but they got us right in. They were kind, caring and diagnosed the problem and got us in our way after administering fluids and medication. Our pup was better in no time. Thank you Ridgeway! Doctor Rachel Nichols and the entire Ridgway Vetenary hospital are extremely professional and wonderful. They showed such professionalism and love the last few years before the loss of my 18 year old cat. Highly recommend!!
