This place is the worse place to take your animals not honest or upfront with the customers and price gauging of having to leave a 200 dollar deposit. And you know once they take the initial visit feed they will add other things to make that 200 or more. You should be ashamed of y’all selves.
Do not take your pet to this place. The website says one thing and it’s another. When you speak to the unprofessional so call receptionist who really doesn’t have any training with customer service. I can understand staying in your vehicle ,while someone comes out and pick up your dog. But to have to leave a deposit of 200.00 is preposterous meaning your bill most likely be that amount if not more.. they take the 47 dollars for visit and the remaking of the 200 dollars, most likely they will add this or that on the b... read more
I have used Dr Napp going on 25 years. You cannot ask for a more compassionate person. Takes the time to explain everything so you can understand the diagnosis. I highly recommend him. His assistant Amanda is so sweet and compassionate to my dog such a sweetheart.
