This is the worst vet facility ever! My poor cat suffered for almost three days before the vet called us back with the cat’s test results. The vet claimed she was the only person working there and was too busy to read the test results and get back to us after repeated calls to connect with her. When she finally called us days later, she told us to go to another hospital to get the cat and ultrasound as she did not have this machine at her office. What a pleasure to be part of the RVH family. We have been taking our dogs to RVH for over 30 years - (1 Lhasa; 4 Labs; and now our pitbull Layla). The office is great - right down to the waiting room, examination rooms and the kennel.
