Customer Service at the Mortgage Center is non-existent. Terrible attitudes especially from one very bitter female employee. . Since they let go of mostly everyone that worked there it's not the same. It's as if they don't care about their customers and don't really give a hoot! Will not be doing banking at this bank anymore.

I have been banking here for over 20 years and their services and expertise are all encompassing. This bank is a staple of the community where other banks have come and gone. The management is responsible and extremely helpful in navigating the complexities of banking technology today. You can't go wrong here.

Been banking with ridgewood since 1977, savings cd's, mortgage, insurance, safe deposit, checking and never have had any problems or complaints. Unfortunately I now live in Holtsville, NY and the closest brance is 26 miles away. Not easy. I have my SS check deposited into my checking but it is difficult for me. Please, please get a branch closer to the area I now live in. I would hate to transfer to TD. Thank you.

Wonderfull Service and Skills that all the Reps and Tellers have including the managers...i have never recieved service like this before. We treat you like family is the Logo and its true. Every customer that waked in the bank got treated in a very special way. if you have a chance, just stop by and inquire about rates or open an account just so you can expierence exceptional customer service like no other.
