Wonderful location and mangment at this location is wonderful….I wished all the branches were like this location…
Honestly I’m about to change banks, I went to Ridgewood bank on Fulton to deposit 3 checks and some cash while at the ATM, when I try to deposit my checks I noticed only one of checks was returned to me. The ATM ate the other 2 I try to go inside the bank to let them know, but they immediately locked the door in my face and said they were close. Mind you it just turn 2pm, They proceeded to give me my card back through the ATM machine as I stood outside but when I ask about my checks they said we have to wait until Monday. I ... read more
