I lived in A Ridgewood Realty group building and overall, it was a very positive experience. We got a newly renovated appartement that was so comfortable to live in. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation (M and L trains) and local shops. Our neighbors were respectful and quiet that we barely heard them in the building but were friendly when we come cross each other in the building. Very good experience renting with Ridgewood Realty Group. Their buildings are really nice and well taken care of. Shao was our main property manager and he was very responsive to our needs and clearly cared about doing a good job for his tenants. It's very rare in NYC to have management be so attentive and responsive.
Kevin has been a wonderful landlord. He cares for his property, and has always responded to our house inquiries. He has also managed to always keep the front of the property clean and well kept. The 507 house was really nicely renovated and comfortable to live in.
I rented with Ridgewood Realty Group for 4 years and had a great experience. The super, John, was the best super I've ever had in NYC. So attentive, understanding, quick to respond and quick to show up. Shao was also always kind and understanding. Sad to leave this apartment but happy to have had such a positive experience.
I’ve had by far the most pleasant experience with living in New York City with Ridgewood Realty Group. Throughout my stay in the unit, I have consistently been able to count on the team, particularly Shao, our landlord, and John, our super. Any time we’ve needed help, our needs and expectations have been far surpassed.
