Moved to Bushwick recently and started with a different property management company, who I liked a lot, so when the landlord swapped them out for Ridgewood Realty I will admit I nervous he'd done so to save money and they might be less responsive. If anything, Ridgewood Realty has been even MORE responsive. Would definitely recommend. Shao has been really helpful and responsible. I had great experience living in the building they manage for two years. They always take renters concerns seriously.
