Great experience with building super, prompt service to any issues that have come up with our unit.
The 2 years I spent living in a Ridgewood Realty Group property were seamless. Shao and John were both quick to address questions and maintenance requests as they came up, and were especially great to work with when moving out of the property, too. Would enthusiastically recommend them for folks looking to rent in NY.
I had a wonderful experience living in my building managed by Ridgewood Realty Group. The apartment itself was one of my favorite places I've ever lived in New York, full of charming pre-war details while still being updated and modern. Our super, John, was always very responsive and helpful. The property manager, Shao, was consistently kind and quick to respond to any questions and concerns, and the landlord Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend
I lived in A Ridgewood Realty group building and overall, it was a very positive experience. We got a newly renovated appartement that was so comfortable to live in. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation (M and L trains) and local shops. Our neighbors were respectful and quiet that we barely heard them in the building but were friendly when we come cross each other in the building. Very good experience renting with Ridgewood Realty Group. Their buildings are really nice and well taken care of. Shao was our main property manager and he was very responsive to our needs and clearly cared about doing a good job for his tenants. It's very rare in NYC to have management be so attentive and responsive.
