Shao at Ridgewood Realty has been such an attentive and fair realtor throughout my two years as a tenant. The leasing process was quick and not too invasive. Rental payment was seamless. They addressed any broken appliances, plumbing issues, and minor pest problems immediately. Not to mention the incredible super, John, that this company uses. Hands down the best. Incredibly responsive and professional. They have wonderful porters who are always available should you need them. The apartment we had was well renovated and the appliances were excellent!
Ridgewood Realty Group has been very easy to work with while renting in Bushwick! Our super, John, and Shao are both incredibly responsive and willing to provide help when needed.
Moved to Bushwick recently and started with a different property management company, who I liked a lot, so when the landlord swapped them out for Ridgewood Realty I will admit I nervous he'd done so to save money and they might be less responsive. If anything, Ridgewood Realty has been even MORE responsive. Our heat went out mid-winter and Ridgewood had space heaters delivered within just a couple hours, had repair techs out the same day, and just generally handled it so well and so swiftly I can't think of a single thing th... read more
