Great experience from booking the appointment to having 2 scans done on the same day . Very professional but friendly.
Avoid this facility if you value respectful, equal treatment. I am a woman of color and a long-time patient at Radiology Associates of Ridgewood in Waldwick. During a recent visit for a scheduled ultrasound, I was humiliated, screamed at, and ultimately denied care by two front desk staff, Rose and Colleen; despite providing my ID when asked. I had a pleasant experience. I have anxiety, especially in a doctor's office. The nurse and doctor I had (Dr. Lin) were very understanding and gentle. The nurse comforted me when she knew I was the most worried during difficult parts of the test. Unfortunately I forgot her name! I am thankful for the experience I had here and would definitely come back if I need to again.
Receptionist was outstanding and very nice. The check in was so easy. I was taken for my MRI right on time. Excellent work
As usual- super friendly, efficient, caring & attentive! Very clean facility & never have to wait. Highly recommend!
