I have lived here for 7years and things hadn't gotten any better. There's no one in the office ever. The maintenance man comes when he needs to come. You can't say anything like I said. There's no way in the office, they've changed how we're supposed to pay our rent and it's all very confusing.
For the past couple of years it has gone down hill i don't like it much if I can find a different place I'm moving

I lived here for 2 years. The bathroom ceiling had a hole which leaked toilet water from the 2nd floor on to me in my bathroom that never got fixed. The outside gutter was clogged which caused excessive downpour onto my patio area during harder rains.Lawn is not always kept cut regularly. And I left the apartment spotless with no damage that I caused and did not recieve my deposit back. DONT STAY HERE.
