I lived here for 2 years. The bathroom ceiling had a hole which leaked toilet water from the 2nd floor on to me in my bathroom that never got fixed. The outside gutter was clogged which caused excessive downpour onto my patio area during harder rains.Lawn is not always kept cut regularly. And I left the apartment spotless with no damage that I caused and did not recieve my deposit back. DONT STAY HERE.
nice place or was. No real onsite office staff and you can't get a live body when you call their number. Building support has really dropped off recently and an increase in rent for seniors. A couple of years ago it was very nice, now it's run of the mill, nothing special. Staff are in orange Virginia which is 3 hours away (188 miles). They change rent processing firms and put a note in the door of people who very rarely go out (there were still notes in doors yesterday 8/28/2022)and only are given a 6 day notice to terminat... read more
