I am so thankful to everyone in this office for all of their work! I had an infected crown that had caused a high fever and my face to swell beyond comprehension. It had to be extracted immediately and I was so relieved when I was told there was an available appointment at Ridgewood Oral Surgery & Implant Center in Ramsey. I went to this oral surgeon, needing five teeth removed. I suffer from an illness and I explained all of this to the doctor during my consult. I told him that because I am on a lot of pain medication that there are a lot of medications that will not sedate me for the dental work he insisted not only do I remove my medication patch, but that he knew exactly what would keep me sedated consciously. I wish there was an option to rate the doctors and staff versus the office staff. My daughter's procedure went very smoothly and the staff was excellent so I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the office staff - failed communications, delays, excuses and more delays. I guess when your patients pay up front there is no incentive to submit/process claims in a timely fashion.
Took my mom her to get some work done & Dr Kim was absolutely amazing. He took such good care of her, she felt very comfortable. His staff is also amazing, I wish I would have found them sooner. Do not hesitate to book your appointments here you won’t regret it. I truly appreciate them so much!
I’m 3 days post tooth extraction by Dr. Kirpalani and have had 0 pain. I was extremely nervous getting this tooth out, and Dr. Kirpalani had excellent bedside manner (telling me what he was going to do before he did it, told me how to alert him if I was in pain or wanted him to stop, etc). Him and his office were efficient in sending meds to my pharmacy with ample time so I could pick them up before the extraction.
