The absolute worst since Valley took over this practice a few years ago. The office staff is nasty and have no regard for your time. Overbook consistently. You spend less than five minutes with the doctor as the tech does 90% of the examination. Dr. Saunders was terrific before Valley took over but the fact he's no longer there leaves no reason to use them. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Not only do they have a tech perform 99% of your exam.....they are absolutely incompetent. I returned for an eyeglass recheck and walked out with a prescription for eyeglasses which resulted in a waste of $500 for an incorrect prescription. In addition when I complained that I got no call back from the doctor I was advised that the doctors are way too busy and the techs manage everything for them. One of the worst practices I’ve ever visited. Don’t waste your time and money here.

DO NOT go to this office during a pandemic. Even before the virus struck, they overbook and have no regard for your time. You can be there for two hours. My left eye was bothering me and I needed to see a doctor and I asked if they are being good during Covid19 & they said yes. They took all of my info beforehand and I paid my copay on the phone. This doctor’s office is deceitful, misleads it’s patients, and drags out erroneous charges. Context: One year ago I went to this practice for a routine eye exam. I told the front desk, assistant, and eye doctor that I did not want a refraction as it was unnecessary given a recent visit. Several weeks later I received a bill from the office and was incorrectly charged for the refraction procedure that I had declined. Had an emergency visit to this office and was treated by Dr. Saunders. What a wonderful doctor, not only very competent but also such a warm and informative bedside manner. The staff was equally friendly and efficient and I will certainly be back to this practice !
