RecommendedThank you for all the amazing things you do for your residents. My mother has been there a year and she is very happy. We appreciate your caring staff and all the activities that are offered for residents to be involved in. Being in the people business is not always easy. You do your job well. Thank you. PS) The Prom was just the icing on the cake. You know how to make people feel special. The residents had so much fun and it brought back lots of good memories for them.
What a wonderful campus with employees who make a difference! They always have something fun going on for the residents and the campus is spotless!!!!
Majority of staff is very caring. BUT they are way too understaffed since we placed a family member there in November. Aids are under trained. Once when we asked to have temperature taken, the Nurse was too busy and sent the aid in - who was very embarrassed and admitted she had not been trained how to use the equipment or take temperatures. Two times patient was admitted to hospital. Upon return, we had to track down a Nurse to check her in. The facility Doctor didn't even check on her for 2 weeks after return. Could see a ... read more

This week has been my first experience at Ridgewood, my Grandmother is a resident for a few weeks till she is able to walk safety. The staff is by far the best in the business. I have seen a complete turn around in my Grandmother. They speak to her with such respect and dignity. Walking thru the halls and hearing the stuff having fun an really getting everybody involved. The food is delicious and it is so nice being able to sit and eat with her. Five stars isnt enough. Lawrenceburg is very blessed to have a campus like this.... read more
My Dad is at Ridgewood My family love the way Michelle and her employees are all so great .Its like we're all one big family .Love Them All
This is a wonderful facility! The nurses, the helpers, hospice, all very nice people. The attendants who live there are also great, grown to love them all. My grandfather had past away this past October and they were nothing but short of amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great care for a loved one.
My dad was there for over a year, till he passed . They where great we him till the end. He wasn't an easy guy to deal with either, they were loving to him. He had Alzheimer's, I will always be Thankful to them.
