I got married here 2 years ago and while it’s beautiful, it’s truly not worth the headache that the coordinator and logistics cost my family and I. She was uncommunicative for weeks leading up to the wedding, dishonest about payments and money, and truly added so much SO MUCH unnecessary stress to our wedding planning and day. I was also told that she was unkind to guests on the day of the wedding. I am glad to be married but would never recommend to do it here.
Went to a wedding at ridgewood last year and the Joan lady there did not treat the groom and the bride well!
We had or wedding here on 2•28•2026 and it was the best experience! All the staff did such an amazing job at making our dream a reality! Zero regrets in choosing them to be a huge part of our special day!🤍💍
I don’t even know where to begin. There’s no doubt the venue itself is so pretty however they did not do what I had asked of them. Joan is terrible at communicating I would try to text and call about details and nothing for months .She didn’t get back to me until a week before the weeding and I had booked the venue a year in advanced.
