I love it here at Ridgewood Estates. The management insists on keeping your house clean and following the community rules. The community has many amenities and activities.
I witnessed staff management to be rude and aggressive. A down right bully. When a resident asked for remains of spouse was denied. The manager stated “ you owe us a lot of money”. The homeowner attempted to pay rent, but manager refused to accept payment. After further investigation found this manager has taken homes then sell them. New florida law can evict individuals within a 24 hour notice. Which was only posted just prior to having sheriff’s dept to evict.
