I LOVED this place. I was sadly only a visitor. A week pass was $30 and I made sure to go every day during my stay in the area. The gym has all the basics, and everything works. Kevin at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I was also so happy with the patrons and staff. Everyone was pretty focused on what they were doing...respectful...wiped things down. Great local gym. Fair price, great owner, lots of equipment, and overall just an excellent gym. Highly recommend.
Great local gym owned operated by former professional bodybuilder. Very friendly staff. They have all the free weights you need, machines, cables, etc. This is a fully equipped gym. They also have cardio stuff. I highly recommend it! I used it for a week when traveling and it was perfect, never overly busy, and they have it all! Great spot for a solid lift. Hope to be back! Ridgewell was by far best “gym” in the area, and now that they have expanded and are making room for more equipment, it’s even better! The lifting equipment is made up of industry classics and newer pieces from Cybex and Life Fitness, with a range of cables, plate loaded machines, and free weights.
