My first prescription took weeks to get. I emailed and they replied that they needed something from my physician. I contacted the physician, and the medicine was processed a week later. It took so much longer than I expected. Yesterday I received an email that my prescription was on the way. No warning. I didn't sign up for auto delivery. The amount of money you have to pay just to get your prescription is already ridiculous but for it to take almost a week and a half to even get it makes no sense.
Horrible company. Took 6 weeks for delivery, by then my Doctor had given me a prescription that I filled locally, I refused the shipment, notified my credit card company for a refund and Ridgeway sent the prescription back to me via Fed Ex. Game on Ridgeway
contrave has so many side effects not a good medicine
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My prescription is not active and was canceled by my provider. Ridgeway is still sending it out and charging me for it... no heads up, no reminder and no offer of recourse. Does not feel like a patient/provider relationship.. more like for profit snake oil scam. Just make sure to read all the fine print is all I'm sayin.
