VERY slow delivery.
My first prescription took weeks to get. I emailed and they replied that they needed something from my physician. I contacted the physician, and the medicine was processed a week later. It took so much longer than I expected. Yesterday I received an email that my prescription was on the way. No warning. I didn't sign up for auto delivery. It seems that if you don't decline auto delivery, you accept it. The representative said there was nothing she could do since they can't take back medicine once it's left their facility. The amount of money you have to pay just to get your prescription is already ridiculous but for it to take almost a week and a half to even get it makes no sense.
Horrible company. Took 6 weeks for delivery, by then my Doctor had given me a prescription that I filled locally, I refused the shipment, notified my credit card company for a refund and Ridgeway sent the prescription back to me via Fed Ex. Game on Ridgeway
