Very concerned for the safety of others with the aggressive and illegal driving maneuvers that your driver has been doing on I-355 South and west bound North Ave at 5:15pm on 10/24. Male driver observed and captured in dashcam performing erratic lane changes, driving on expressway shoulder for one mile to “cut” in front of North Ave exit traffic.
