The Dr.s and assistance nurses are fantastic. The receptionist? Not so much and they never answer the phone. I have called there upon several occasions to make appointments or get prescriptions updated and no answer. What's up with that?
Had our first experience at Ridgeway today. As someone who works with special need's children and adults, life can be a nightmare trying to find the right place. So as someone who understand's the average everyday working Mother I can say this about the experience. Doctor-Chad Tyler and his assistant Monica and also the front desk all very nice. Service was ok, been trying to pay my bill for 3 months now. They are either to busy or won't answer the phone. Always tell me to come back or call later. I'm done, I'll wait for them to send me to collection and then I'll tell collection that they are refusing my payment.
We come here for all of our urgent care needs. Check in is pretty quick. We weren't waiting for very long at all. Maybe 10 minutes. The doctors are very kind and thoughtful of the patients. My kids love it too. There are lots of toys for them to play with and a chalkboard to draw on. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend not going to ridgeway they won’t provide my X-rays they took upon request due to the fact they aren’t licensed I also just got another bill dated for September of 2024 and I haven’t been there for 8 months Ridgeway also can’t even pay their employees on time or keep a current w4 to receive a correct w2 to file taxes so the IRS is involved The only reason they moved locations is because they couldn’t comply with the current agreement for the space
