I can’t say enough good things about this small-town doctor’s office. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a person, not just a number. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about your well-being. Rural health care is the worst and these guys are no exception. They established care with a bunch of needy people in Sweet Home and now have packed their bags and moved on thirteen miles away to Lebanon. Typical rude uneducated power trip staff and breaches of HIPAA abound in small towns.
Very happy with Ridgeway Health I see Dr Tyler he is the best my wife him for a Dr also and she thinks he’s the best we are very happy here keep up the good work 👍😃
We come here for all of our urgent care needs. Check in is pretty quick. We weren't waiting for very long at all. Maybe 10 minutes. The doctors are very kind and thoughtful of the patients. My kids love it too. There are lots of toys for them to play with and a chalkboard to draw on. I highly recommend them.
The Dr.s and assistance nurses are fantastic. The receptionist? Not so much and they never answer the phone. I have called there upon several occasions to make appointments or get prescriptions updated and no answer. What's up with that?
