They have switched my doctor 3 times without warning. It’s been a week since i put in a refill for my migraine med and they have yet to put it through. Getting a person is almost impossible to get. Im changing doctors
Unfortunately the Ridgeway location has gone down hill too. Called this morning to get an appointment, can't speak to a person, must leave a message. Missed the call back but voicemail they left said 1 appointment in Bassett and some in Ridgeway tomorrow. Call back, leave another message, wait a couple hours, finally call back and now no appointments available till next Tuesday. The blonde in the office needs a personality. Not friendly,downright rude to all the people walking in the door. Truly like my Dr but the disrespect I will not tolerate. Planning on getting a new one
I have a family member who goes there. No complaints about the Doctors but the new phone system needs to be tossed in the trash. Cannot speak to anyone. If you leave a message, you may get a call back in one or two days. Normally, when you call your doctor, you have a medical problem and need to see your doctor asap not days later.
