I’ve been a patient here for about 4 years. My provider, Ashley Williams is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and professional and I’m pleased with my healthcare. However, it’s impossible to reach anyone and when I try to leave my number for a callback, the machine repeats a different number. I’ve tried many times and I’m unable to leave a message or correct number.
I have been going here sense I moved to Virginia in 2019. I was very pleased when Amanda Keith was my Dr. She took the time to listen to me & made sure I was taken care of. She was the first Dr I've ever had where I felt like I was heard. After she left I chose Luzmilla. I only got to see her once before she left & now i have another new Dr. Sense i have been going here the turn over rate with the staff seems very high. That to me seems like a huge issue. They have switched my doctor 3 times without warning. It’s been a week since i put in a refill for my migraine med and they have yet to put it through. Getting a person is almost impossible to get. Im changing doctors
Unfortunately the Ridgeway location has gone down hill too. Called this morning to get an appointment, can't speak to a person, must leave a message. Missed the call back but voicemail they left said 1 appointment in Bassett and some in Ridgeway tomorrow. Call back, leave another message, wait a couple hours, finally call back and now no appointments available till next Tuesday.
