Absolute worst Cutomer service. Went into return a brand new part as it was the wrong item and uninstalled/ unused. John the Napa guy (portly bald fellow) there would not let me return item as he said the Zip lock bag had been opened. Was absolutely rude and snide. I purchased the item the day before at Napa Calgary Main Counter , they had opened the zip lock to show me item and said if its wrong part , just return to any NAPA store. I then had to drive 30 minutes to another Napa, where they quickly inspected the part and sa... read more
