We had to put down our 20 year old cat yesterday and would like to thank everyone at the Ridgeway Animal Hospital for their kindness and empathy. Dr. Malik was quick to see us, let us take our time with our decision and was very patient and supportive throughout the process. Thank you to Dr. Malik and all the staff for their patience and understanding and doing their best to make a very difficult day as easy as possible. We are so appreciative.

I wouldn’t recommend this vet !!!!!! the vet isn’t very passionate or professional and the place is so dirty hair all over the chair just a start !!! The girls were nice but someone needs to clean before any procedures ☠️
Please do NOT go to this vet if you care about your animals. I brought my two cats here to get treated for fleas, the doctor we had was extremely careless and rough with my cats, I do not remember his name but he was male and of the indian race. For starters, he took my kittens temperature with an anal thermometer but did not bother fixing it even though it was in crooked, my kitten was crying in pain, and this happened both times we had come here.
