These lots are priced to sell. Even if you only buy a lot as an investment. Within the next few year the value of these lot could double as the developer begins putting in more amenities. This is Klamath's premier community and the only community with a full time gate and eventually a full time guard. These prices will not stay this low for long.
Great place to live with some really awesome things coming soon. Getting in now is the best thing to do because this place is gonna blow up!
