I am currently building with Ridgewater Homes, and my experience with their sales consultant, Ashwani Sharma, has been fantastic. My block of land is irregularly shaped, so finding a reputed builder that genuinely accommodates custom designs was a top priority. Ashwani was exceptionally helpful from day one—he recommended a solid base floorplan that fit the unique block dimensions and worked closely with me to customize it to my exact needs. Pre-construction review- Professional people with great experience from the lot finalisation, design, custom changes, council sign-off's and plan approvals. Highly recommend Mr Ashwani for his deep knowledge in the industry and helping us to this stage.
Great experience from start to finish. Our supervisor, Scott, went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready ahead of time. All of our inspections went smoothly, and he was always accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. We’re very grateful to have had Scott as our supervisor. His excellent communication made the entire building process easy and stress-free for us, and we didn’t experience any problems at any stage. Thank you, Scott, for all your hard work and support throughout the build!
I built my double-storey home with Ridgewater Homes, and Gurbir Singh Nagra looked after us really well throughout the whole building process. It has now been more than two years since we moved into our home, and I’m happy to say we haven’t had any problems. The house was built very well and we are still very happy with the quality. A big thank you to Gurbeer for all his help and support during the build. Really appreciate everything you did for us. Highly recommend Ridgewater Homes.
Highly Recommend Ridgewater Homes We recently built our *34-square single-storey custom home in Sunbury* on a *16m x 34m (544m²) block* with Ridgewater Homes, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and final result. A special thank you to *Jaspreet S Mann, our Sales Consultant*, who was extremely patient, listened carefully to our requirements and helped us create the right custom floor plan for our family. Our Site Supervisor, *James*, was very professional and kept us informed throughout every stage of cons... read more
