We built our first home with Ridgewater Homes in the northern suburbs. We went with Ridgewater because they were able to offer us customisation options in the floor plan, really good inclusions and competitive pricing. Gurmit was very helpful in guiding us through the process & patient with every change we made to the floor plans. His suggestions & ideas certainly helped make the design more liveable. Highly recommend a Ridgewater home. Cannot comment about build process - bought an unoccupied new build and living in since May 2025. Quality of materials and overall build quality is very good. Design and layout is excellent and well thought out. Nicolas Bovezza is our site manager who is a great communicator and always very prompt with any defects and small things to fix. All other staff have been responsive and friendly too.
