We recently built our first home with Ridgewater Homes, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our post-handover experience with Ridgewater has been extremely disappointing and remains unresolved. Under our HIA building contract and subsequent variations, Ridgewater was responsible for supplying and installing a 5000L rainwater tank. Ridgewater's contract team initially prepared the contract with an incorrectly specified 2000L tank, despite the bushfire and estate requirements applicable to our land size requiring a 5000L tank.
