Our post-handover experience with Ridgewater has been extremely disappointing and remains unresolved. Under our HIA building contract and subsequent variations, Ridgewater was responsible for supplying and installing a 5000L rainwater tank. Ridgewater's contract team initially prepared the contract with an incorrectly specified 2000L tank, despite the bushfire and estate requirements applicable to our land size requiring a 5000L tank. He was incredibly helpful throughout the initial stages, specifically when he took the time to walk me through the gallery and put in the work to draw up a custom floor plan that fit my vision. We built our first home with Ridgewater Homes in the northern suburbs. We went with Ridgewater because they were able to offer us customisation options in the floor plan, really good inclusions and competitive pricing. Gurmit was very helpful in guiding us through the process & patient with every change we made to the floor plans. His suggestions & ideas certainly helped make the design more liveable.
