Do not go through meritage to have your home built. They dont honor the warranty inspection timeframes, its really hard to contact anyone from the warranty teams even though they rushed to build these homes. I really regret my decision. I suggest Kerley Familly homes for this area or anyone else for that matter. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
We closed on a Meritage home in a different subdivision on 12/30/21. We had 2 pages, single spaced, of items that need to be resolved. The builder agreed all of those items were not resolved, and that they would resolve them. After almost 9 months here, quite a few of those items are still unresolved. As of typing this, our last 7 attempts to contact the builder have gone unanswered. We do not know when these items will ever be resolved. Our case is not unique.
