ms I took my new puppy here and it was my 1st time here. I will not go back again. It is sad cuz I really liked the vet. The staff was very rude to me, the office was not very clean. I had called ahead to find prices to know how much I needed; well it came to more than I had on me and told them I could come the next few days to pay balance. The vet had given me what he called samples (3 of them) and when I could not pay full balance at that time 2 of them were snatched out of my hand and was told could have them when pay bal... read more
talk about a permanent vet! Dr. Frank Skacel Jr. has been my vet for as long as i can remember. he saved a lot of my animals as a child and he will remain to treat my animals. i trust that man with my pets lives. Dr. Skacel is very brillent, caring, and loyal. i will never change my veterinary clinic!
Emergency situation I had never been to the clinic before but had an emergency situation and they were the closest facility to my home. Dr. Skacel and his staff immediately began working on my cat who had been electrocuted. They were very caring and responsive. Dr. Skacel came into the facility every few hours to check on my cat even though the clinic was closed (Saturday/Sunday) and kept me updated on his condition. good care The staff at Ridgeview has always been courteous and professional. You can tell they really care about you and your pet. The prices are reasonable, too.
Pet Dr. Ridgeview veterinary is has a nice office. Their office is always clean and you never have to wait very long when you go to them with your animals. The thing that got me is I had both my dogs there for an appointment a while back. My male has never been socialized, he was scared, so I had him muzzled so he wouldn't bite. The vet wouldn't even touch him. These are animal professionals. I was a little upset about that. Other than that fact I find them to be a very nice vet.
