I want to give a big shout-out to the new owners of Ridgeview RV for their help in providing me with a used part to repair my awning. Although it was just a small plastic component, it was essential for the repair. They were incredibly gracious in assisting me at no charge. I will definitely return for any bigger jobs in the future!
After reading previous reviews, we were expecting good service. However, with the new owners, our experience was disappointing. Communication was poor right from the first phone call. We brought our camper in to have them check for possible squirrel damage, but they used the same type of camera we have at home, offering no additional insight.
