Came in for a follow up for a lung bleed and to get more time off work since ER only gave me 1 day for some reason. Waited 30+ min for the person before me who had the initial symptoms of the same cough and bronchitis that gave me the lung bleed. When I went in the doctor couldnt have cared less about my lung bleed or extreme fatigue, Took my heart rate amd blood presure and ONLY GAVE ME 1 MORE DAY OFF WORK, After a lung bleed. Needed urgent treatment couldn’t fit me on the day but the receptionist went out of her way to ring another affiliated clinic and got me in two hours later Thank you

Just had a pap test today, and overall had a great experience at this clinic. The receptionist who helped me book the appointment a couple weeks ago was courteous and helpful over the phone. The nurse/receptionist at the front desk who checked me in was also friendly and efficient, and finally, the nurse who performed the pap test was great - professional and kind, and immediately put me at ease. Overall, great experience.
