Was sent to ER, by Urgent Care, to be seen for a pulmonary embolism. I was triaged with an EKG and was told to sit in the waiting area, with just a gown on. We waited for three hours. When I finally asked about position in line to be seen, they couldn't tell me. The girl with the headache was seen before me. I left the ER without being seen by a doctor. I am going to Two Twelve Urgent Care tomorrow. This is for a blood clot for CS. We left. A LOT of bad reviews Edited 7/22/2025: Pain was still p. Went to Two Twelve ER today.... read more
I can't do 3-5 hour waiting room times. Unacceptable. I'm out!
Awful experience. Not taken seriously. No answers given. Waste of time, money, and energy. Came here bc I loved the experience and the staff at the birth center and NICU. Worlds of a difference apart in care, concern, attention...
They left me sitting in the waiting room crying from how much pain I was in for over an hour. It was humiliating. Never again will I go here.
Dr. Sturman was very helpful, informative, and kind. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. It may have been a little bit of a long stay but at least I knew that they cared! The stay i had at this ER was better than most ER locations I've been to in my life.
