The Doctors are great! But unfortunately I can not say the same for their financial department. I paid a bill back in sept. of 2021 that was an over charge on their part. I have been dealing with both them and my insurance provider trying to clear this up. It's not been going on 10 months and I still have not received my refund. Can’t even get checked in. I’ve been waiting 5 hours. I called to ask how long it took before I left home, I was told 2 hours. They bring one person back at a time, seems to take around an hour each person. I’m going to be waiting for 8 hours at this rate. I hope the treatment is worth the unreasonable wait. Giving 1 star for now, will return to update after treatment.
