My mom has a terrible fall and came here via ambulance to the ER. She had a CT scan and xray while there and they discharged her saying everything was fine and she was just sore. A week later my mom had a follow up appointment with her primary care doctor and turns out she has a few broken ribs and a broken shoulder! She also has some spinal issues that came up on an MRI later but how could they miss broken bones!! I would never recommend going here for anything.
The front desk staff amazing friendly buddly kind and helpful. But the doctor who came in for my child in the ER department didn’t seem to actually care, then in the middle of tryna get my son seen and the visit over he leave out the room to take a call and Is gone for over 15 mins
Place was horrible gave me my epilepsy meds 12 hours late and I bet they would charge for extra care if I did have a seizure due to their incompetence. Double charged for a test they knew they messed up without providing any pain relief the first time. You would be better off finding someone on Facebook marketplace
Most disgusting, dirty hospital I’ve ever been in. Had to go to the hospital last night and we went to Northfield. Definitely worth driving a little farther to avoid this horrific place. Wish I never would’ve gone here. This is what their shared bathroom looks like….
I had my baby here, and overall I’m grateful for the doctors. I have a very busy lifestyle and missed quite a few appointments during my pregnancy, but they never made me feel judged. They made me feel comfortable through my very first C-section, and I’m truly thankful for the care they provided. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the nursing staff was very different.
