They're also super prompt to get back to me and helped me save money on equipment that wasn't covered by my insurance. Can't recommend them enough!

We had a five star experience getting a bed for my mother. I had used RHME in past for CPAP devices. The showroom area was busy when there, but they took the time to answer all questions and get process started. I must point out Lisa, who was helping multiple people, really multi-tasking and taking care of the customers. We weren't expecting the results and approval so quickly, and even received an email after hours form Lisa. We also got a follow up from them. Kudos to great customer service.
I’ve had a terrible experience with this company and will not be returning. I was told my walker was ready for pickup and that all the paperwork was in place. I even arranged a ride through medical transportation to swing by after an appointment, only to find out there was no service agreement on file—despite being told otherwise.
