Ridgeview HVAC is a great company with great service. They sent a technician named Autin in a timely manner who quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my heat pump as a faulty defrost board. He didn't have the board needed to fix my heat pump on the truck and said that he would return the next day. He was able to work me back in and brought the board back THE SAME DAY.
