Nice place. Well taken care of. Not what you would consider a trailer park
My daughter and granddaughter just moved in about 4 months ago. It's not too bad . except for parking for the elderly visitors. Like their Aunt and Uncle, and myself that can't walk uphill where they want us to park if no available parking.
They need to fix the water line. Properly so people don't have back track
