I have been working with Heidi Wienkes, manager of Ridgeview Commons in Richland Center, through the lengthy housing application process for a disabled senior man. She has been gracious, kind and encouraging to him through the process. The apartment he was assigned is in a very quiet corridor where he feels so safe and contented. I moved into the Lone Rock apartments in October of 23. It was not very good for months but we have recently had some office and maintenance changes and it's the best it's ever been. I asked for a few things to be fixed when I first moved in and maintenance came and did half of what I asked. 2 weeks later my sliding door was broke again. So I didn't ask again because the old guy acted like he never wanted to be here. Our new maintenance guy had been around our apartments often so I put a service request in.
