Very poor customer service each time we have been here. I had my son scheduled for an appointment to see Dr. Naylor. When I had made the appt, I had questioned if anything needed to be filled out, as I would not be attending the appointment with him. Was told that that nothing was required and that was fine... Today he was refused his appointment due to not having a signed consent form on file. Waste of time.
