As of September they have been seeing my son monthly for several months now and have been able to help him tremendously!! Amazing staff!
I have a toddler with all sorts of issues we are trying to get him help for. The staff was super friendly and he had an appointment in January. It is now May and I still haven't heard from them. I have called and even emailed the lady at the front desk with no response. So now I am having to be sent to Vanderbilt to someone who will actually do their job and help my son.
Everyone is friendly and committed to helping you to the very best of their ability. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I plan to continue my mental health journey with them! Would recommend to anyone.
