I would never ever recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Ridgeview at Lewiston, Legacy at Lewiston, and Historical Square are all managed by two women- Joanne and Maria. Joanne has had her moments and Maria is nothing but nasty to her tenants. My roommate and I were put in an apartment and had an unfortunate experience with very awful neighbors. I moved here from Kentucky. The apartments are nice and very spacious. The staff is fairly responsive and reasonable when it comes to easy things. However, I did have a poor experience overall renting here. I moved back here from Kentucky, so I obviously relied on pictures and the word of the staff. I was originally told I could move in at the end of June, when it came within a week I called back and spoke with them again and was told I could not move in until early July.
