Let me start out by saying that the employees are pleasant to speak with, and the apartments are spacious. But that's about as much positivity I can say. And here is why: It is supposed to be a smoke-free premises, but our next-door neighber constantly smoked and the cigarette smoke was always filling our apartment. We asked and begged the office numerous times to please address the problem and they did absolutely nothing to enforce it. All they did was send out flyers stating it is a smoke-free premises. I would never ever recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Ridgeview at Lewiston, Legacy at Lewiston, and Historical Square are all managed by two women- Joanne and Maria. Joanne has had her moments and Maria is nothing but nasty to her tenants. My roommate and I were put in an apartment and had an unfortunate experience with very awful neighbors.
