The care giving staff is lazy and barley responds to pages from residents. They hardly care for the residents lifes and only a small select few care takers actually care. The management in charge refuses to even try to change it or fire the lazy workers. This place needs better workers and new management. The residents hate it here and scream at the care takers and for good reason.
