Dr. Christopher Taylor is an amazing doctor. He really cares about your general care and will go above and beyond to investigate anything you are concerned about. He really listens and is so selfless. We need more doctors like him in our care. 100% recommend seeing him for your care. All of the nursing staff and receptionist are super kind and caring as well.
I’d give them a zero if I could. The receptionist was rude and unable to multitask. She said there was a medical emergency and there would be an hour wait. She also had two strips of bacon at the front desk. Cmon Ridgeview URGENT care this needs improve. Sitting here for over an hour with no other patients in the lobby is unacceptable.
Avoid this ER/urgent care at all costs especially if you're bringing a child. Walked in to a receptionist who didn't smile or greet us just goes "what?". Then we get a nurse, who barely spoke and didn't treat my 2.5 year old like a person. Just stood in front of him expecting him to know to his pointer finger needs to go into the pulse oximeter.
