These gd clowns said I don't live here anymore after 3 yrs of indeed living here and I have to rush to the airport to try to get my damn luggage
I've been here for 4 years, I love this place. The maintenance men Brandon and Dennis are the best, I personally give them 10 stars. They are always here to help and fix any problems needed at the time of the problem which makes my living here nice and comfortable. The office staff and property manager Joshua is great as well. The Ridgeview team makes the Ridgeview tenants very happy and comfortable. This is a great peaceful place to live.
My fiancé and I have been living here since 2022 I believe, and we absolutely love it! The neighbors are friendly, and it’s a very quiet community. The leasing management is amazing and reaches out to you with any information and questions and answers quickly. They always look at for you and help you as best as they can. If I could give this place more stars I would! I definitely would recommend living here!
I wish I could say I’m enjoying my stay at this apartment but unfortunately that wouldn’t be the truth. I moved here Oct 4th after our move in date kept getting pushed back, I wonder why??? I’ve lived in Foxcroft and Mallard Creek, which although not the most highly rated they at least provided new carpet in both units. I moved here especially because they are supposed to be some of the better apartments in Statesville. These apartments are conveniently located behind Signal Hill mall and has decent sidewalk access to a gym and a grocery store. That is where the positives end. The staff that work here give the "appearance" of caring about you as a resident, but they never follow through with what they say. For example: I have left many noise complaints, and many complaints overall, and had them all answered with NO ACTUAL CHANGE. They also shortchange and cut corners wherever they can.
