Beyond my expectations. Because of lack of communication on the part development where I reside, Ridgetop was not able to do the job on their first visit. I was blindsided when they showed up and overreacted. When they returned several weeks later I apologized. Then saying I knew they would do a great job, that I would be leaving until dinner time.
