We have been using Kleen Freak for five years since we moved to the area. The Silverdale location is appreciated as it is open 24 hours and gives us a solid way to “affect our own survival” with regard to waiting in line during the day. A suggested tactic for those complaining about long lines - you have options. Get up early or come by late…it’s your choice. I am very dissappointed with this car wash. I had a free car wash coupon and I scan the barcode and it freezes and the screen was stuck. No attendant around and wasted $17 for nothing. I do not recommend this car wash for this being irresponsible for having a sign that says no attendant around plus I got rob. I tried to go to the other one but sadly the free car wash coupon was already taken to the broken system.
