Took my motorcycle to use the self wash bays and the blower unit in my bay wasn't working. The gentleman working at that time offered to put some time on a different bay to allow me to dry my motorcycle off completely. Great service good machines and if there was an issue with the machines there was mutual understanding and flexibility to solve the problem. Complete bonus that they had fresh rags to detail my bike.
After paying for the top of the Lang car wash, I drove in the door closed and it started to do its thing and I thought at first this is great. But then when it hit the drying part of the wash, all it did was blow at the car and it actually let me drive out of there with water all over the car. It didn't even blow dry it. And now I have spots!
Great Car Wash! So good, I signed up as a member. My first trip in after that, my membership didn't work. One phone call, for a couple minutes and it was fixed on the spot. Hard to get service like that anywhere now days. I use the Poulsbo location. Quick and efficient!
