Unhappy I would give this place no stars if I could. We lived here 8 months and they never did anything for us!!! We would file work orders and on the day we moved out there were still things that were never done! We also complained for cockroaches on more than on instant. Nothing was ever done and when we moved out they charged us with extermination. If you do move in make sure you analyze every little thing. Front office is terrible. Apartment condition The appliances in these apartments were old and not kept up that well. Some had missing pieces. A lot of the wood work and other fixtures were in need of repair. The apartments were in poor shape for the amount of money they cost.
Old apartment @ inflated prices. Not worth the trouble. Terrible front office. Old apartments that have not aged well. They will rent to anybody. My car was prowled three times since moving here. The pet owners here are very irresponsible. There is aroma of feces and urine when you open your windows. My daughter is afraid to walk home from the bus. Don't get fooled by the pictures. Ridgetop Apartments The ridgetop appartments is a nice place to move to if you are looking for somewhere nice. They allow pets, which is a plus and they have many features to each home. They have a community pool, fitness center, play ground. They also have a selection between 1-3 bedroom homes. Very nice are to live in!
Decent place, decent price We lived at Ridgetop for six months in a one bedroom. The one bedrooms were a bit bigger than comprobable apartments in the area. We liked that it had a fireplace. Views from there are beautiful. Facilities are fine. Outdoor pool is nice, indoor hot tub a sauna were fine too. There is a work out room but its a bit lacking, but it doesn't seem to get much use anyways.
