Hoa here is a joke. The monthly fee is pretty high for no working pool, a semi decimated gym in the club house, the HOA board always promises improvements, but where is the security system we were told was going to be installed LAST YEAR?? why isn't the pool fixed when we told it was going to be fixed LAST YEAR. On top of that, neighbors leaving their trash EVERYWHERE and no one picking up after their dogs. This place is a joke
The HOA is an absolute joke. The pool as been Condemned and abandoned for years and they won't do jack all about it.
