I like the area a lot, but the pool still isn't up and running. It's been "being worked on" since at least October of last year... The gym is pretty basic, but at least there's something. I really want them to finish repairing the insulation so the pool can be running again.
Hoa here is a joke. The monthly fee is pretty high for no working pool, a semi decimated gym in the club house, the HOA board always promises improvements, but where is the security system we were told was going to be installed LAST YEAR?? why isn't the pool fixed when we told it was going to be fixed LAST YEAR. On top of that, neighbors leaving their trash EVERYWHERE and no one picking up after their dogs. This place is a joke
