I would never live in a place like this again. Mold in the apartment, a leak that ruined my ceiling that was never properly fixed and don't take a dog for a walk there is often poop everywhere. One star because I can't leave no stars.
This place is the worst apartment I’ve ever had! They never fix anything! there’s mold all through the walls in every unit, they charge so many fees just to ignore work orders from months ago, cut out and leave giant holes in the ceiling, never answer the phone at any time of the day. There’s been new management more than a few times and nothing changes but the rent, they expect us to pay more for absolutely no change from them!! They claimed it as a gated community but the gates have never been closed! I’ve had cars broken ... read more
Revere ridge is a nice place to live for the location, parking and apartment layouts. The communication from the maintenance staff and management is rather slow but they get things done eventually. Overall, it’s a nice spot and I’ve definitely stayed at places much worse!
Don’t move here , especially if you have small children , they care more about making sure they don’t lose money over the tenant’s health and small children are not safe with this apartment management or company avenue 5 they blame a single mom after years of their own negligence of flooring coming up and will discriminate against you for having hud or will try lie on 48 hour notices saying flooring vendors is coming and will only put the finding a cause over to try and make sure they can blame the tenants and refuse to pay ... read more
