I had an excellent experience working with Amanda, the apartment complex manager. During the tour, she was extremely informative, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the amenities and features of the community. The property itself is in great condition—well-maintained and clearly cared for. While this place might be in your price range, take a good look at other options that keep up their grounds, are not so outdated on the features, and ownership has pride in the property. Avenue 5 exhibits none of these; they are probably two steps above a slum lord.
I just recently moved in and the Community, office staff, and maintenance have been nothing but kind, and helpful. The property manager, Amanda, made the process very easy from start to finish, and she is always such a pleasure to talk to. Looking forward to my time here.
A little dinky, however, Amanda makes the experience so much better. If you move here just know you’ll have really happy and helpful service if you ever need help with anything!! Whatever she’s making, she’s not making enough!!
